Welcome to The Ultimate Slide Presentation Online Course. Before you proceed, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions governing your participation in the Course. By enrolling in The Ultimate Slide Presentation Online Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. 1.    Definitions

  • “Course” means The Ultimate Slide Presentation Online Course and/or The Ultimate Slide Presentation Course - 3 FREE taster lessons.
  • “Course Creator” means David Henson trading as Novamedia and operating under the brand name Present With Vision.
  • “User” or “Users” means the individual purchaser or purchasers of the Course.
  • “Terms” means these terms and conditions.
  • “Content” means the lesson videos, workbook, vault videos and files and any other material made available to the User in the Course.
  • "Fees" means the monetary charges or costs associated with enrolling in, accessing, or participating in the Course.
  • “Application” or “Applications” means any applications, software, websites or other platforms referred to or demonstrated within the Course. This includes but is not limited to: Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Color, Zoom, and Open Broadcaster Software.

2.    Enrolment

  • Enrolment in the Course is open to individuals aged 18 years or above. If you are below 18, you must obtain parental or legal guardian consent before enrolling.
  • To enrol in the Course, you must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process
  • Upon registration for the Course, each User is provided with unique login credentials, including a username and password. These credentials are personal and non-transferable. Users are strictly prohibited from sharing, distributing, or otherwise disclosing their login information to any third party, including but not limited to friends, family members, colleagues, or other course participants.
  • Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and ensuring that their login credentials are kept secure. Any unauthorized use of a User's account, including the sharing of login credentials, will be considered a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of access to the Course without refund.
  • If a User suspects any unauthorized access or breach of their account, they must notify us immediately. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the unauthorized use of a User's account due to the User's failure to comply with this clause.
  • By agreeing to these Terms, users acknowledge that their Course progress, data, and access to the Course materials are tied to their individual accounts, and any violation of this clause may result in legal consequences.
  • We reserve the right to monitor user account activity to ensure compliance with these Terms and to take appropriate actions against any violations.
  • In consideration of the Fees paid by you, we grant to you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Course materials and the software in respect of the Course for the sole purpose of completing the Course.

3.    Content and materials

  • All Content provided to you during the Course is the property of the Course Creator and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
  • You may access and use the Content for your use only. You may not distribute, modify, reproduce, or sell any part of the Content without prior written consent from the Course Creator.
  • The Course Creator endeavours to provide accurate and up-to-date content, but they make no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the Content for any particular purpose.
  • The Course Creator reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Course or any part of it without prior notice. Content may be updated from time to time which may require additions, modifications or deletions to the Content.
  • All Intellectual Property Rights in the Content are, and remain, the intellectual property of the Course Creator.
  • You are not authorised to:
    • copy, modify, reproduce, re-publish, sub-licence, sell, upload, broadcast, post, transmit or distribute any of the Content without prior written permission;
    • record on video or audio tape, relay by videophone or other means the Course or Content;
    • use the Content in the provision of any other course or training whether given by us or any third party trainer;
    • remove any copyright or other notice of the Course Creator on any of the Content;
    • modify, adapt, merge, translate, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer (save to the extent permitted by law) any software forming part of the Course.
  • Breach by you of this clause shall allow us to immediately cease to provide you with any services, including but not limited to access to the Course.

4.    Requirements

  • It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary hardware, software, and internet connection to access and participate in the Course effectively.
  • You must adhere to any prerequisites or requirements specified by the Course Creator to ensure a smooth learning experience

5.    Payments and refunds

  • By enrolling in the Course, you agree to pay the specified Fees as indicated on the Course enrolment page.
  • Payment processing will be handled securely through the designated payment gateway.
  • The Course Creator reserves the right to change the Fees at any time, but any such changes will not affect Users who have already enrolled.
  • Refunds may be available within a specified period from the date of enrolment, as determined by the Course Creator's Refund Policy. Please refer to the Refund Policy for more details.
  • Unless otherwise specified at the time you purchase the Course, the Fees are exclusive of VAT or other local taxes.

6.    Course access, availability and duration

  • The Course Creator does not warrant that the Course will meet your specific requirements, be error-free, or continuously available.
  • The Course Creator reserves the right to vary or withdraw any of the products or services described on the course website without notice.
  • While we strive to provide a consistent and valuable learning experience, circumstances beyond our control may necessitate the discontinuation of the Course. We reserve the right to discontinue the Course, in part or in whole, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.   • During the Course, you may not engage in any behaviour that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
  • The Course Creator reserves the right to terminate your access to the Course if you breach this Code of Conduct.

9.    Limitation of liability

  • In no event shall the Course Creator be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Course, even if they have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.  Privacy and data protection

  • The Course Creator will collect and use your personal information in accordance with their Privacy Policy. By enrolling in the Course, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

11.  Force Majeure

  • The Course Creator shall not be liable to you for any breach of its obligations or termination under these Terms arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, fires, floods, earthquakes, volcanoes and other Acts of God, terrorism, strikes, delay caused by transport disputes, failure to provide a Course caused by a death in the Course Creator’s family, illness of the Course Creator, Government edict or regulation.

12.  Governing law

  • These Terms and your participation in the Course shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

13.  Changes to these Terms and Conditions

  • The Course Creator reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Course website or notifying you by email.

Welcome to The Ultimate Slide Presentation Online Course, 90-minute one-one session on Zoom. Before you proceed, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions governing your participation in the Session. By enrolling in 90-minute one-one session on Zoom, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from enrolling in the Session.

1.    Definitions

  • “Session” means The Ultimate Slide Presentation Online Course, 90-minute one-one session on Zoom.
  • “Session Host” means David Henson trading as Novamedia and operating under the brand name Present With Vision.
  • “User” or “Users” or “Participant” means the individual purchaser or purchasers of the Session.
  • “Terms” means these terms and conditions.
  • “Content” means the lesson videos, workbook, vault videos and files and any other material made available to the User before, during or after the Session.
  • "Fees" means the monetary charges or costs associated with enrolling in, accessing, or participating in the Session.

2.    Session purpose

  • The Session is designed to assess the results of 5 exercises in the course and to allow the User to get feedback and a critique of their work on the exercises from the Session Host.
  • The User can specify an alternative agenda via the session page on the website. The Session Host does not guarantee that they will be able to address this alternative agenda.

3.    Your responsibilities

  • As a Participant, you agree to:
    • Be punctual and ready at the scheduled time for the Session.
    • Ensure a stable internet connection and have Zoom installed and tested prior to the Session.
    • Maintain a conducive and distraction-free environment during the Session.
    • Actively engage in the Session, contribute honestly, and be open to feedback.
    • Respect the confidentiality of the information shared during the Session.
    • Comply with the laws and regulations governing your location during the session

4.    Zoom link and security

  • The Session will be held on Zoom unless agreed by the Session Host.
  • The Zoom meeting link for the session will be provided to you via email or other agreed-upon communication methods. Please ensure not to share this link with others to maintain the confidentiality and security of the Session.

5.    Availability Disclaimer

  • We value our customers and strive to provide the best service possible. However, it is essential to acknowledge that short-term availability for the Session may vary due to scheduling constraints and other factors.
  • While the Session Host will make every effort to accommodate your preferred session times, we cannot guarantee immediate or last-minute availability. Sessions are subject to scheduling availability, and appointment slots may be limited.
  • To secure a Session, we recommend booking in advance to increase the likelihood of reserving a suitable time slot. Bookings are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • In the event that no suitable session slots are available within the desired timeframe, we will work with you to find an alternative arrangement.

6.    Cancellation policy

  • If you need to reschedule or cancel a Session, you must provide The Session Host with at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled Session. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the Session or subject to a cancellation fee.

7.    Payments and refunds

  • In the event that you are dissatisfied with the Session, please contact The Session Host within 48 hours of the Session. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to the Refund Policy.

8.    Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information shared during the Session. The Session Host will not disclose any personal, sensitive, or proprietary information discussed during the Session to any third party without the explicit consent of the Participant, except as required by law.
  • Each party shall keep the other party’s information strictly confidential and not use it otherwise than for the purposes of these Terms.
  • This clause shall continue notwithstanding termination of these Terms.

9.    Disclaimer

  • The Session is provided on an "as-is" basis. The Session Host does not guarantee any specific outcomes, results, or improvements from the Session. The responsibility to implement any advice, suggestions, or strategies gained from the Session lies solely with the Participant.

10.  Intellectual Property (IP)

  • Any materials, documents, or resources provided by the Session Host during the Session are protected by copyright and remain the sole property of the Session Host. The Participant agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

11.  Termination

  • The Session Host reserves the right to terminate or discontinue the session at any time if there is a violation of these Terms or for any other reasonable cause.
  • We shall be entitled to terminate these Terms and cease to provide you with any services with immediate effect in the event that you:
    • fail to pay when due your Fees;
    • act in an aggressive, bullying, offensive, threatening or harassing manner towards the Session Host or anyone associated with or employed by the Session Host;
    • are in breach of these terms and conditions.

12.  Limitation of liability

  • In no event shall the Session Host be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Session, even if they have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13.  Privacy and data protection

  • The Session Host will collect and use your personal information in accordance with their Privacy Policy. By enrolling in the Session, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
